Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We handle each query and order on an individual basis and are only too happy to personally assist you to the best of our ability. Each item shipped is checked on dispatch and we periodically take photos for quality assurance. 

We hope that you are delighted with your order – however, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange, once we are satisified with the condition of the returned garment.

In order to receive a refund or exchange the item(s), it (they) must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all the original labels attached in the original place, in the original packaging.

 

Should you decide you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange) please contact us through our online form within 48 hours of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

 

We will send an email issuing you with a returns number within 2 working days.

 

Once you receive the returns number, please note it on your receipt and enclose the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring the returns number is marked clearly on the outside of the parcel.  Also, please place your contact details and return address on package in case of shipping difficulties.  We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are received by us within 10 days of issuing a Returns number.  We strongly recommend you insure your return package, and retain proof of shipping/postage until we confirm your refund has been processed as you are responsible for the return shipping.

 

Any products received by us without a returns number will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Upon request, a product received without a returns number will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If such a request is not received within 14 days of receipt of the product, we reserve the right to dispose of the returned product without further recourse to the customer.

 

For reasons of hygiene, certain items are non-returnable (lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewellery, etc)

 

The cost of returning product(s) to us is your responsibility. Equally, the initial cost of delivery of any products to you is non-refundable when product(s) are returned. . For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the goods using a reputable signed delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – please read the following carefully:

When trying on clothing and footwear, please adhere to the following to ensure that the condition of any product returned remains satisfactory for us to be in a position to provide a refund or exchange::

  • Do not wear make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, hairspray or any other products that could mark or leave a scent on the clothing, which would prevent it being accepted as a return.   It is recommended that you protect the garments by placing a scarf over your head while fitting.  PLEASE remove all jewellery when fitting delicate fabrics.
  • Some of our products contain ornate, intricate buttons which have been lovingly handstiched. Please handle with care and in case of return, ensure that all the buttons are present.
  • Please wear a pop sock when trying on footwear. Footwear must be returned in its original undamaged box and padding material, otherwise it will not be accepted. Footwear must only be tried on in carpeted areas to avoid marking and damaging the shoe which would prevent it being accepted as a return.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns where these instructions have not been followed.
  • With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we have received and examined the returned product to our satisfaction and where any additional payment upon receipt of same. 
  • If a product received is damaged or defective in any way, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of the product, and we will, on confirmation of the defect and at our discretion, either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product.
